Requirements

As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You will be responsible for managing the onboarding process, tracking payments, handling collections, and coordinating meetings. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork, orientation, and training schedules.

  • Ensure new hires are fully integrated into the company culture and have the resources they need to succeed.

Payment Tracking:

  • Monitor and track employee payments, including salaries, bonuses, and reimbursements.

  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payments in accordance with company policies.

Collections:

  • Assist in tracking and collecting outstanding payments from clients or vendors.

  • Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate records and timely collections.

Meeting Arrangements:

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, including preparing agendas, booking meeting rooms, and sending out invites.

  • Ensure meetings run smoothly by providing necessary materials and follow-up communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • 1-2 years of experience in an HR role or a similar administrative position.

  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
